We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card,KOKO,Mintpay

Under normal circumstances, within 3 business days but delays may occur with the current situation in the country.
(Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday)

As our delivery is done by a third party, delivery usually takes three working days. The courier service will text or call you on the day of delivery!

The courier company will try three times to contact you, and if it fails to contact you, the product will be sent back to our company.

If you choose the payment method as Cash on Delivery and fail to receive the product, you cannot purchase our products again using the payment method as Cash on Delivery.

Understanding and flexibility will allow our customers to return or exchange a Combuva product if it is in a fully resalable condition. We must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product

REFUND:

Full refunds will only be issued after the product has been inspected and confirmed for damage upon receipt of the Combuva warehouse. Combuva will hold full accountability and will bare the cost of delivery IF, as mentioned above, the faulty item was dispatched via the Combuva warehouse.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGE:

If an exchange is required due to personal dissatisfaction due to size variation or color, please inform us as soon as possible.

Do note that in the event the exchanging item price is lower than the first purchase order we do not refund if there is any balance. When doing the exchange you can purchase something equal or more than the first order amount and pay if there is any balance.

Upon inspection, if the item has not been returned in FULLY resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse either a refund/exchange.

Please also note that there will be a delivery charge for exchanges depending on the location.

Upon receiving the item as mentioned above the refund/exchange will be completed.

RETURN METHOD:

There will be no cash refunds and we do not accept returns. Please note that if the item is in the original condition you may exchange it to a different item of your choice to the same value or more. 

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

We are unable to refund damaged/discolored items once worn. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods that have arrived to you from the Combuva warehouse.

Products returned past the 3 day timeframe will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
